Our game is made so 2 to 6 players can participate. But the ideal number of players is 4.

The price depends on the rooms. Please revise reservations.

The whole experience lasts about 60-90 minutes because once you arrive we will welcome you, and briefly explain the game. Once inside, you will have 60 minutes to escape! Afterwards, you can comment on your experience and take a picture.
The room is made for all ages, however, due to the difficulty of some of the tests, the rooms are recommended for children above 12 years, and always accompanied by an adult. Anyways, the children younger than 12 years, can accompany the rest of the family, joining the game. In every group, there has to be at least one adult, older than 18 years.
We are located in calle San Juan de Letrán Nº 6, 1º C, less than 30 meters from plaza de la merced, in the heart of Málaga.
No problem! Our game masters are trained to help you, whenever you need it. They will give you hints… without revealing the solution.
The only requirement is observation and ability. It doesn’t require physical efforts what so ever.
Nothing prevents you from leaving the room. The rooms are monitored at all time and we will always be watching the development of the game. You can always try in another occasion!
You can pay in cash, by card, or if you prefer you can pay directly on the website.

In CountDown, we understand that any circumstance can occur and therefore we allow changes if you let us know in advance. To cancel the reservation we ask that you warn us 48 hours in advance, and to modify the reservation we only ask 24 hours in advance. You can contact us at 654 952 690.

No problem! The room has an emergency button to leave the room at any time necessary.
Yes, off course! Our puzzles don’t use language, only logic, and ability. The warnings and explications given by our game masters, are in Spanish or English, but we are working towards facilitating other languages. That’s why the nationality of our players doesn’t matter, our language is universal… Just make sure to point out the preferred language when making the reservation.
The players have to arrive 15 minutes in advance. If players arrive more then 10 minutes late, we cannot assure the possibility to play the game, nor a refund.
